Order Process
Frame Order information
the order form is submitted through the website, once all measurements and details
are finalized for your order, via email.
acknowledgement of your order via e-mail the next business day
your
order form is held until payment is received,
the day your payment is received you will be notified, and a copy of
your order form will be attached in the email to confirm there have been no changes. Then return the order form to Cycle One
as "final order confirmation".
you will receive a copy of the final order within 2 business days,
included with the confirmation receipt there will be an expected date for shipping. The shipping date is generally 4-6 weeks
from receipt of your "final order confirmation" date, unless otherwise specified due to extenuating
circumstances, such as back ordered parts from an other source, or motor/trans sourcing. Should a delay arise the customer
will be notified prior to the original shipping date.
Pictures of the frame will be sent to you via e-mail at
least one day prior to shipping, that e-mail will also reconfirm the shipping address. Please return the email as address verified.
Once the shipping address is verified the order will be processed for shipping and an email will be sent the day
of pick up, containing the information for tracking purposes.

will then receive and email stating the expected date for shipping -- Hard Tail sections are often instock if not in stock
they are available within 1-2 weeks
at the time of shipping an email will be sent with a tracking # for you
Payment Information
International money order if outside the United States or
US money order if US resident, (we suggest sending in a traceable manner)
all web published prices are in US
funds
Paypal payments will be subject to an additional service charge of 2.9% for US domestic accounts and 4.9% for
foreign accounts
Applicable taxes and brokerage if required are not included in pricing.
