Another great build from Roy, he doesn't quit.  This bike was literally homemade, built in Roy's house.  Sounds like he had a time getting outside when complete earlier this year.  Roy also shared a couple of shots of fellow riders scoots. Watch for these guys tearing up the road! Thanks for sharing Roy, Can't wait to see what transpires over the next winter!
